FAQ !

IMPORTANT NOTE: I strongly encourage people living outside of Finland to order using the tracked shipping option. Without tracking, once the item has left Finland, I will not be able to see what happens to it or when it has been received and it is the customer's responsibility to agree to these terms when ordering WITHOUT tracking! Thank you for understanding.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

• PRE-ORDERS for charms & acrylic standees take approximately 3-6 weeks after the pre-order period has ended. NOTE: I have conventions nearly every month, so orders will be sent in batches. Because of this, there may be delays. Sorry in advance! If you have a specific date when you need your order, let me know before placing the order and I will see whether it can be accommodated to or not!
• IN-STOCK items such as prints, charms and standees typically take 1-6 weeks depending on the destination country. (I ship from FINLAND!)
• Note: All rates are subject to change and for further inquiry please email me!

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED / LOST!

• If you received your item and it arrived in a POOR / DAMAGED condition, please send me an email and if possible, provide picture evidence. In situations like this, I will provide you with another copy of the item. (Evidence is necessary.) DOES NOT APPLY FOR PLUSHIES. 
• For orders without TRACKING, I unfortunately cannot provide refunds or replacement products for lost items. In general, the moment that I ship an order and it gets to the post office, it is out of my hands and I cannot check on its progress without a tracking number. For further security, I always encourage tracking!
